What is podopostural barefoot?
The bare foot feels the ground, adjusts its balance and guides every step through the hallux, the big toe that directs your stride. Bareo designed the podopostural insole to respect that role: it supports the hallux in the right position, stimulates proprioception and helps the body align, step by step.
A thin, flexible sole, a wide toe box and minimal drop work together so the foot's natural movement has a positive effect on the posture of the whole body. This is the foundation of Advanced Barefoot.
