Bareo footwear is Podopostural footwear that was designed by specialists according to the concept of Proprioception, which is the sense that informs the brain about the state of the body.
When there is dysfunction of the sense of Proprioception, proprioceptive errors occur that result in balance problems, muscle pain in various areas of the body (mainly in the lower back), attention deficit in children, among others. The consequence of these ailments results in a significant reduction in quality of life, very characteristic of industrialized countries.

Bareo Podopostural footwear was developed to respond to these imbalances resulting from poor Proprioception. It is footwear that respects the biomechanics of the foot and produces a gait with less fatigue, resulting in foot comfort and relaxation of the spine's musculature. To this end, Bareo footwear was developed with specific features, such as:
Specificities
- The Bareo shape respects the anatomy and function of the foot, distinguished by having enough space in the front area for your toes, which together with the sole provides the absence of incline between the heel and the toe area – adequate drop.
- The Bareo sole provides the sensation of walking barefoot given by the absence of incline between the heel and the toe area and also by being a very thin sole, making the feet feel the ground, without hurting, allowing proprioceptive information to pass through. The sole is made of special TPU rubber whose main characteristics are high flexibility even at low temperatures, resistance to deformation, and great resistance to wear resulting in enormous durability.
- The Bareo podopostural insole was developed with special characteristics that favor support of the distal phalanx of the hallux, the toe that guides statics and dynamics. This toe, when well supported, induces relaxation of muscles contracted by postural errors. It is made of natural leather.
- Bareo footwear is made with high-quality leather and breathable linings so the foot feels natural, comfortable, and cozy.
