Shipping and Orders

1. Order processing

1.1. All orders placed on Bareo will be processed after payment confirmation. The average processing time is up to 3 business days, except for customized or made-to-order products, which may take longer to process.

1.2. The user will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping methods and carriers

2.1. Bareo ships via the following carriers:

  • CTT Expresso (Portugal and Islands)
  • Other carriers may be used depending on the destination.

2.2. The user may choose the shipping method available at checkout.

3. Delivery times

3.1. The estimated delivery times, after the order has been dispatched, are:

  • Mainland Portugal/Spain: 2 to 3 working days
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 4 working days
  • European Union: 4 to 5 working days
  • Rest of the World: 3 to 7 business days (depending on destination and any customs procedures)

3.2. These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on external factors such as strikes, logistical congestion or customs processes.

4. Shipping costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on factors such as destination, weight and dimensions of the order.

4.2. Bareo offers free shipping to mainland Portugal on orders worth €90 or more.

4.3. For international destinations outside the European Union, the user is responsible for paying customs fees or taxes applicable in the country of destination.

5. Order tracking

5.1. After shipping, the user will receive an email with a tracking code to track the status of the order on the corresponding carrier's website.

6. Delivery delays and problems

6.1. If the order is not delivered within the estimated time, the user must contact Bareo via email at info@bareoshoes.com so that the situation can be verified.

6.2. Bareo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:

  • Strikes or logistical problems of carriers
  • Customs retention
  • Adverse weather conditions

6.3. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the user will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Damage or loss

7.1. If the order arrives damaged, the user must report the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.

7.2. Reports outside this period may not be accepted by the carrier.

8. Changes to shipping address

8.1. Any change in the delivery address must be communicated as soon as possible via email to info@bareoshoes.com .

8.2. If the order has already been shipped, the change may imply additional costs borne by the user.

9. User responsibility

9.1. The user is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If the order is returned to Bareo due to an error in the address provided, reshipment will be subject to new shipping costs.
